Meet our medical team

Dr. Njide Udochi


Dr. Njide Udochi obtained her medical degree from the College of Medicine at the University of Nigeria in 1988. Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Disability Analysts, Dr. Udochi completed her internship and residency at the George Washington University/Holy Cross Family Practice Residency Program in Rockville, MD. She also completed a fellowship in Geriatrics at the George Washington University Medical Center in Washington D.C.

Before opening Millennium Family Practice, Dr. Udochi was employed by Mercy Medical Center and served as the Medical Director of HCH in Baltimore City. Dr. Udochi is certified in HIV Medicine and has experience in Addiction Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and in addition has a Masters Degree in Public Health from the Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Deirdre Angelastro

Deirdre graduated in 2012 from Pace University and completed her Bachelors at Columbia University in New York and has her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner. Deirdre also has a Master in Public Health in Epidemiology. Deirdre has experience in caring for children,women’s health issues and adolescents with HIV/AIDS. Deirdre has extensive experience in mental health. She served as a Wellness coordinator at Search for Change, Inc and currently serves as an Independent Practice Coach from 2011 to present.

Celisa McGrone


Celisa McGrone, MSN, FNP-C obtained her medical degree from Mercer University, Atlanta, GA and her residency at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic FQHC, Yakima, WA. She has experince in Internal Medicine at Piedmont Physicians Group, Atlanta, GA; Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente, Tucker, GA; and Women’s Health at Kaiser Permanente, Kennesaw, GA.Celisa has also obtained additional experience as a Home Healthcare Licensed Practical Nurse with Maxim Healthcare, Bridgeport, CT (2009-2011); Licensed Practical Nurse with the Jewish Home for the Elderly (2009-2010); and FQHC Licensed Practical Nurse with the Norwalk Community Health Center, Norwalk, CT (2005-2008).
